Book review 5 "Lucky Number"

I read “Lucky Number”. It was very interesting for me. And it was a little strange for me. This story was not finished, I think.
In this story, some people are appearing. Charlie, his mother, and a man.
Charlie is main character of this story. He is very poor. He can not go to school because he has not enough money to go to school. He is a shoeshine boy. He works every day. He can shines much kind of shoes, like ladies shoe’s shoes, black shoes, brown shoes, and blue shoes.
He says “Shoeshine! Shoeshine! Ten cents! Ten cents! ” When I read this part, I thought there are a lot of poor children in the world. And I was sorry about it.
A man in a Café calls him, and ask shoeshine. He did it, and a man gives him ten cents. After that, he goes back to the pavement.
After that, Charlie gets a lottery ticket. A well- dressed man buys a lottery ticket from an old man. But the ticket falls out of his pocket. Charlie picks up the ticket. I thought Charlie will get a lot of money with the lottery ticket, but the story finish at half way.
I would like to know the end of this story.

Book review 4 "Sara Says No!"

I read “Sara Says No”. It was very interesting and I could learn honest is very important for me. In this story, two people are appearing. They are Mister Fruit and his daughter Sara. They sell fruit, but sometime Mister Fruit cheat his customer. Sara watched the scene every time and she is not happy. She says “Father, you must not cheat our customers”. But Mister Fruit does not understand her thinking. He says “this is business, Sara”.
When this time, I think Mister Fruit is not honest person, he is liar.
Mister Fruit continue his business. But one day, strange thing was happen. Mister Fruit touch the fruit and the fruit was to be bad. He can not sell his fruit. But after Sara touch the fruit, it was to be good.
After that, Sara sells the fruit and the shop name was changed to “Miss Fruit”.
His father, started helps his daughter. He thought “That is life”. He enjoyed his job.
I read this book and I could learn honesty is very important for us.
I think when I do a business, we need high reliability. I would like to be an honest man. (196 words)

Movie review 6 "Whale Rider"

Introduction
Whale Rider was released in 2002. This movie was made in New Zealand. The director of this movie is Niki Caro.
Picare Apirana (Keisha Castle), Coro Apirana, Flowers grand Mather, Polangi, Rawili, Hemi, Shiro, Willy, and so on is character of this movie. This story is the tradition of Maori tribe. In this movie, a lot of people speak English but sometimes people speak Maori words.

(Impression)
In this movie, there is some mysterious scene.
Picare sing a song in night, and after that a lot of whales arrive to beach. A lot people try to rescue these whales. This scene was looks like real. I think the whale was hand made. But the scene was also impressive for me. Picare proved that she was a real whale Rider.



Conclusion
This movie was very interesting. I could learn that it is important to love our family from this movie. I think Coro Apirana was disliked Picare truly, because he was very selfish and obstinate and he thought their successor only. At first time, I was very unpleasant because he did not love even his granddaughter. But after Picare was go to sea with Whale, he was notice his wrong. And he was change.
I was very impressive of this movie. I think a lot of people enjoy this movie from child to old people.
And this movie has a lot of beautiful scene. I was much mended from this movie. This movie describes a lot of beautiful sea scene. I like sea and fish so it was good for me.
And I interested in foreign traditional culture, so I could learn these culture.

Nabe food!!

Last Saturday, I cooked a “Nabe” with my friend. “Nabebe” is very healthy food, and it is very tasty. And the recipe is very simple, so we can cook “Nabe” very easily.
I like “Kimuchi Nabe”, the taste is spicy but it is very tasty for me. When I enter the university, I could not cook not so well. So, I was sometimes unhealthy, so I learned how to cook Nabe from my mother. After that, I cooked “Nabe” many time.
In winter, I cooked it almost every day. It is very simple and the cost is reasonable, so my life also be well.
I invited a lot of friends, and we enjoyed “Nabe” time. After we eat it, we played TV game. It was our custom. We can enjoy our week end. But recently, I didn’t cook “Nabe”, because I must job hunting. This year, I was very busy, so I have not enough time to cook “Nabe”.
I didn’t cook “Nabe” for a long time, so I was anxious because I may cook very bad “Nabe”, and eat. It was very tasty! And my friend also says “Oishii!”.
After we eat it, we made rice porridge. It was also tasty. We were full.
December is very cold, so we can eat hot and healthy food for prevent the influenza.
I would like to be held a”Nabe” party in my house. And I would like to make a good memory of university days. (244 words)

When I see him, I think “I have watched him, probably I watched his movie when I was a child”. I investigate about him, and I could understand. He appeared to “Hook”. “Hook” is the movie of Peater Pan. When I was elementary school student, I watched this movie at the class. It was very interesting and I thought Robin William is very cool and funny. I could watch his movie, so I was grad.

Daniel Hillard was a dubber, but he was dismissed. He loved his children very much. But he can not earn much money, so his wife (Miranda Hillard) was disappointed to him. In Chris’s birthday party, Daniel played with his children and causes an accident. So Miranda angry to Daniel, and she determine to divorce from him. He was deprived his bright up privilege from her, he could not meet to his children except a day in a week.
But he was became a homemaker as a Mrs. Doubtfire. Mrs. Doubtfire looks old woman. He dresses up to Mrs. Doubtfire with his brother’s technique.

The movie was very interesting and last scene was very impressive. At last, Daniel could live with family. Miranda also admits of him. After a lot of difficult, Daniel was growing up.

Movie review 4 "DRUM LINE"

This is Marching Drum story. Marching Drum is held in half time (12 minutes) of a lot of sports. A lot of Marching Band competes. A lot of young people like this game. In this movie, a lot of famous people appeared. This movie’s leading Character, “Nick Cannon” is also famous actor. He is famous comedian and musician (rapper). He is friend of Will Smith. He is like a young brother of Will Smith.

In this movie, he sings a rap song. It is also very cool. I think you can enjoy the scene.
Conclusion
I like music movie, and this movie also music movie. When I was two grade (in this university), I started drum. My friends invited me to his band. He was Kumamoto university student and he played guitar and vocal. When I started drum, I could not play drum, but some days later, I could play drum a little well. It was very interesting and exiting for me. I learned playing music is very interesting. Some month later, I stopped playing drum. And now I play guitar. It is also very interesting.
I know about drum. So I could enjoy this movie. But this movie’s drum is different. This is Marching Drum. I watched this kind of drum at the first time. I think it also exiting.

Spitz DVD.

In November 20, I bought a DVD. It is “Spitz live DVD”. I was very happy because Spitz didn’t release live DVD during 6 years. Last year, I bought their DVD but it was released in 2000. I could enjoy this DVD, so I would like to buy their next DVD. But next DVD was limited edition. So I couldn’t buy it. The DVD was released in 2003, and then, the price is 30000 yen in yahoo auction. I don’t have so much money. So I hoped that next DVD will release.
This time DVD has two editions. First is limited edition. There are two DVD and two live CD. It is very gorgeous for me. Another is normal edition. It has a live DVD only.
Of course I bought limited edition. The price was 7800 yen. It was expensive for me but I bought it. After that, I went back to my house and I appreciated the DVD. It was great!! The sound is very clear and powerful. The video is very beautiful, and Spitz member was very cool!! I was impressive their performance. Spitz vocal is Masamune Kusano. His voice is very beautiful and clear. I think his high tone voice is treasure of Japan. I respect him. And he makes word, the word also beautiful.
I like music and I play guitar. Some day, I would like to sing a song and play guitar in front of a lot of audience.
